For example if there's a fraud and\or, the conflict will be displayed to watchers for a beware/aware informationRemember, that I'm working slowly, so the time of finishing the picture my differ from the time I spent on picture for a friend or acquaintance.You have the right to ask about updates once in a couple of days after two weeks of paid invoice, but please, do not doom artist with asking for updates once ever 5 minutes/hours/every day.I may slow down the process and time sanctions may apply depending on asking frequency (from 1 day to 1 month sanctioned extra time).Your info, status, and progress will be shown on my public Trello board. The information is updated live or with max. interval 1 day after last update!The pieces and version(if any are) are copyrighted by me and you. -Excessive fur paintings(tattoos).*The prices are signed by default for one character, every additional character costs 50% of base price.============================================-DEADLINES, WORK PROGRESS, AND EDIT COUNT-•Max deadline for a commission is 2 months per picture.•Deadlines may be extended due the irl or work load factors. In that case customer will be aware before taking the commission slot to clarify if commissioner accepts the option or rejects.•Work progress will be provided you in Trello card and\or contacted via Private Messages, If there's no progress provided, check the Trello card before asking me.•First rough sketch process will be provided to clarify the poses, then will be provided more clear sketch for clarifying other details.•Please examine carefully the progress parts, I won't do any free edits if there will be any big edits after I gave you the completed work.•You can ask for big edits(pose) at rough sketch stage, then you can ask mild edits at refined sketch and lining stage( If there are any issues with body parts and forms), also you can ask for color edits after the flat part of picture is done (if there's are any issues in markings\coloring) after that you can't ask for edits, only if there are any minor edits.•Further(or excessive) edits will be extra charged depending of work amount of editing the done work(form 5% to 100% of initial price).•After I provide you work progress, you have 72 hours to ask for edits, either way, I'll continue working on your commission. Silence - means approval. Be careful please I can't work only on your commission a lot of time. Thank you in advance•You have the right to ask for minor last edits in 24 hours after work is fully done. Usually in 24 hours the .clip file is deleted. If edit is requested after 24 hours, I have the right to refuse, or ask for extra fee for editing.•You can ask for a custom deadline(EX.: Birthday gift, Holiday gift, Rush commission, etc.) , but you'll have to pay rush fee in amount of 40% of price and you're commission will gainpriority and moved on top of the list.•I may NOT draw commissions in queue, but anyway WILL draw your slot in time, so please don't complain if the slot moved somehow in the list(the rule doesn't work on priority commissions).============================================-YCH AUCTIONS AND OTHER AUCTIONS-•Please bid in chain below the comment with "Bid here" words. Notes are fully used for business purposes and\or discussing further details of collabs\trades\commissions.============================================-MISCELLANEOUS-Collaborations:•The collaboration time depends of both collabers, So if you bought a collab YCH or just a collab commission, please make sure whose part is doing right now before asking a wip.•As I said, collab time depends on artist who draws it. The time mat vary from mine deadlines!•Don't ask me for wips,if the part is placed in queue with note "Awaiting collabers part", it means that I've given the turn to my collaber, so if you want progress, ask the collaber!•If you take a collab commission, make sure to write who and which work will do! (For ex: me-lines, shades, bg\collaber:-sketch, coloring, bg) If you won't say that, we will divide ourparts by our own as we can and like.•In fact if I do an YCH collaboration with someone, we divide the work parts and indicate in description below the YCH collab.Art trades:•I do start my part after having the first sketch from your part! Please do the trades step-by-step. It means that if you do sketch, I do sketch, you line and color your part, I'll lineand color my part.•DO NOT wait that I'll draw my part firstly! I was fooled to many times.•If you won't make any part of your trade for too much time, I'll just cancel the trade! Too much time is ~ 3-10 months•I have the right to ask for edits for my character and the same you do! That's why I ask for step-by-step trades! In case you finish your part too soon, I'll still ask for edits!•If you'll finish your part before I'll do mine, I'll mark the trade slot with priority and will do the slot asap!============================================-CONCLUSION-•Please be polite and patient. I'm giving you most polite service and happy to work with you, so give the same and we'll be good.•Terms of Services are somehow a legal document I provide you to read the terms I'm working on.•Drawing is my full time job, so unsuspected refunds, scam, and etc. will harm my own life and will give you a way straight to be blocked.•I have the right to refuse the commission deal if the customer is badly behaving, insults and\or gives a bad communication.•You have the right to refuse commission BEFORE invoice was sent, and after reading the ToS , otherwise, you will accept the terms of work.============================================
